Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

I just bought one of your products : the JNC SSF-22. 
I am very happy with it and with the quality of this product.

Somehow, it respects all the promesses made on the box, it is nowhere written I need to buy Windows operating system to use and save my work on a computer.

I run Linux on my laptop and I am very happy with it. I have no problems with other USB storage devices such as cameras or pen drives I use every day. But your product is not considered as a standard USB-storage device and I need to install your software wich requires Windows if I want to transfer files from/to my computer.

Why should I pay US$250 for an operating system I do not need to to use your US$250 device ? 
Why do I have to agree installing a proprietary software on my computer if I want to transfer my files ?
Why this information is not clearly written on the box ? 

I am very desapointed to have such a good product and not beeing able to use it.

Dear Mr Chu,

Thank you for replying to my mail so quickly. I take note your company is
not the dealer anymore of this product regardless what is written on the
box, the documentation and the Warranty Certificate.

Thank you for giving me the phone coordonates of this product's new
dealer. May I just ask you who I will talk to ? Do they have an internet
website ?
